We actually face the problem, that comments on the left hand side in WebI cannot be placed. Error: Commentary service: Database initialization failed (Error: INF).
Due to SAP, we have to build up a separate database for comments besides auditing database. I will let you know, if the separate database will solve the problem.

The new Database solved the problem. With guide from SAP it was really easy to build it up. We really like the new commenting in WebI.
SAP Business Objects Webintelligence is more sophisticated than Lumira in our point of view.
